"The house was awesome. The location is absolutely incredible. Parking deck is less than a block away and is $16 per night but very convenient. We stayed with our three kids and there was plenty of room. We would highly recommend this location." - Bryant, April 2017
"This is a wonderful place. We spent lots of slow down time on the back porch enjoying the lovely back garden. We were impressed with the service. We discovered that the coffee maker didn't work and the management was at our front door in about 15 minutes with a new one. We were in the heart of the downtown area and right down the street from two wonderful restaurants. The place had very nice furnishings and a top notch kitchen with lots of dishes and terrific cookware. We felt very pampered in such a great setting. The parking was challenging in that we needed to use a parking garage just down the block but it turned out not to be an issue as we walked most places or caught the free trolley. We fell in love with Charleston and hope to come back!" - Dianne, May 2016
"Location was great, back porch/courtyard was absolutely wonderful. Now that we're back to the grind, we have been wishing all week that we were still sitting on that porch! We really lucked out on the weather and spent all the time we could out there. House was clean and the beds were comfortable enough for a long weekend. I also loved that there was no need to carry a key around to get in and out of the unit. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Charleston." - Lynne, April 2016
"Perfect location and accommodations for 4, easy to accommodate 6 as well, using the comfy sofa bed! Two full bathrooms and washer/dryer make it a great home away from home. Kitchen was very generously furnished so we cooked a couple of meals and all breakfast with ease. But of course we sampled the grocery/deli just down the block for scrumptious crepes. And the back sitting porch, in April, quickly became a favorite cocktail spot. Neighborhood was safe, easy to navigate and close to busing if you so desire. If you stay here at 106, do not miss the Unitarian Church's gorgeous architecture and windows and their secret garden..almost next door. Enjoy Charleston!" - Polly, April 2016
"Beautiful and very clean home in a very safe neighborhood. It is right near all the action. I would highly recommend to everyone!" - Dianna, March 2016
"Myself and 3 girlfriends stayed at 106A for a bachelorette party in Charleston. The house was beautiful, location was fantastic (walking distance to restaurants and located just off King Street), and the unit included a cute courtyard and balcony in the backyard. The beds were super comfy and all necessary amenities were included! The concierge was amazing and helped us plan a fantastic trip. Thanks Walkaway!" - Taryn, September 2015
"We had an absolutely fabulous stay at 106. There was a light parking snafu, but it was handled pretty quickly. The unit itself was amazing, great back porch and terrific bedrooms that were on each side of the unit. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!" - Amy, May 2015
