"We had a great stay in this property. It is more than large enough for 2 people with a spacious bedroom and living room area. Kitchen was very nice with everything you would need. The living room has a comfy sofa that is also a sofa bed should you need it. The bathroom is not large, but adequate with everything needed. The best thing is the location. It is very close to the market and the French Quarter area. We parked the car and walked everywhere (Saturday was over 8 miles, but we went from one end to the other!) The property was very clean and in a nice, safe part of town. There are two elevators and the parking garage is right next door for $16 per day. There is no parking included, but it was no big deal. "This is an apartment in an old building that has recently been renovated. The renovation was excellent and the place was spotlessly clean and efficient - everything worked! The best part is you are practically right on King St, but far enough away to avoid the noise. All of downtown is close by, it is an excellent base to explore downtown. The staff and management were quite helpful. I had several questions, and they were there for me, giving advice and making recommendations. The drawbacks were: No parking. There is a city parking deck next door, which adds $16.00 per night to the cost. Unfortunately one day this was full and I had to search to find a place to leave my car.
