This historic Charleston home is located on the peninsula, putting guests within walking distance of all the best shops, restaurants and attractions Charleston has to offer. The home features original hardwood floors throughout with touches of exposed brick around the fireplace, a private porch, and sleeps up to eight guests. 

When entering the home, guests will be in the spacious living room that offers seating for six guests, while the couch is a pull-out sleeper sofa. The living room has a beautiful fireplace, a flat screen TV, and the large windows that naturally brighten the room. The full kitchen is just off the living room, to the left, and comes with everything you may need for a night in. The second, full bathroom is also located just off the living room and the dining room, around the corner to the left, offers seating for four-six guests. The fully-furnished, fully-renovated home offers a king bed in the large master bedroom, has a sitting area, and also has a full attached bathroom with a claw foot tub. Two additional bedrooms are located at the back of the home, each with a queen bed.

“Six family members stayed here for a 4 night visit to Charleston. The booking process and arrival at the property was very easy. The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood about 30 minute walk from the historic district. The property is in an old house converted into 2 separate units. It is spacious and comfortable. Some of the furnishings are a little tired and the porch overlooks the back of a ( good) Asian restaurant but in general we enjoyed our stay and I recommend this as an alternative to a hotel -especially for a group of family or friends.” - Eileen, November 2015
“This is the second time we stayed here. We liked the convenience of having several adults with separate rooms, a comfortable gathering place for everyone, and convenient location. If we stayed in a hotel, we would have required three separate hotel rooms, would not have had a den, kitchen, porch or parking included. An apartment allows the group to easily gather and come and go as they please. For three hotel rooms, it would have cost us almost twice as much in Charleston as we paid for this spot. It is more relaxing and less expensive than staying in a hotel, and we have a kitchen and common area. The bedrooms are a good size and the master bedroom is quite large, with more space than you can use. We did some cooking for breakfast and ate out the rest of the time. “Our stay was perfect! We were allowed to check in early which fit our travel plans perfectly. We ran out of towels and were brought more. The place was in walking distance of several restaurants and bars. We even walked to king street for shopping. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, it really felt like home. Porch was perfect, it is a charming row house in the middle of everything, parking was a little tricky but nothing major. “This is a beautiful unit. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The beds and bedding are extremely comfortable and the space was perfect for us (family of 4 plus my father). The parking at the rear of the property is easy to navigate/manouvre (we had 2 cars. There are great restaurants within a block.
