"This apartment and location were perfect for our stay. Once we arrived in Charleston, we parked our vehicle and didn't move it until it was time to depart. Having a parking space was a huge plus. The apartment is long and narrow. Upstairs (the bedroom) is much warmer than downstairs, but the fan helps tremendously. “My wife and I really enjoyed staying in the 309 apartment. The location was ideal for walking to King Street shopping and the other attractions on Meeting Street. We also enjoyed using the Charleston Rickshaw company whenever we wanted to go south of Broad Street. The parking was very convenient and we appreciated that the apartment was set back from the road so that there was no street noise.
