"We were a group of 6 that stayed in this home for 4 nights the weekend of New Year's Eve. The house has been recently remodeled and nicely done. The kitchen and master bath are beautiful and we all loved the signature chimney in the living room. There were enough dishes that we had no problems and were able to cook some as well. It looks as though the back patio is still being remodeled so this will be a very nice space in the future. We were walking distance to downtown and even walked as far as Queen and Bay and walked back on NYE. It is a long walk and I wouldn't recommend going that far for everyone. The street felt safe and we had no concerns about the location. It would be a perfect location to bike into town from." - Melissa M.
"A group of us recently took a trip to Charleston for a long weekend. This home was adorable. Beautifully redone, super clean, with nice amenities and plenty of room. We walked everywhere, but we were happy to walk a lot. It is about half a mile away from Upper King St., and further from the waterfront, but it is a very safe and nice walk - good for sightseeing. There are great restaurants, bars, and a little market just blocks away which were great in the morning or late nights. The owner was super responsive and helpful. She checked in and helped when we had questions. I would recommend this location and stay there again." - Liz
