This large medieval style home is decorated and furnished with antiques by my brother-in-law. The house is furnished with the essentials but more furniture pieces will be added gradually over time as new pieces are found. The house features ample living space with high A-Framed ceilings, exposed brick and antique wood featured throughout. This home is old and has its quirks. Wooden stairs inside the home are steep and narrow - please be cautious when using them. The master bathroom is renovated and spacious. The second bathroom is small but functional.
Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor. One bedroom plus a den that is converted into a 4th bedroom are located upstairs. There is a large living room with a television and seating for 5. Small table that can seat 4 (not pictured) is located in the breakfast nook by a bay window. Kitchen is fully furnished for light cooking, with marble counter tops and a full range of new appliances. There are three bedrooms with a queen bed in each, and a large den with 2 twin beds.
Guests will have access to the entire unit. There is a garage/warehouse surrounded by a gate behind the house, which guests do not have access to.
My brother lives in a separate unit behind the house. You will likely never see him as he uses an entrance that is out of sight from the main house.
This house is located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to a wide range of restaurants, and a very close drive to a supermarket. The house is located 6 miles from the Charleston Peninsula. Having a car is definitely recommended.
