Right in the heart of the historic district of Charleston, this fabulous first floor unit is recently updated and recently redecorated. 106a has beautiful hardwood flooring throughout, two cozy bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The living room offers a sleeper sofa, plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath, while bedroom two has queen bedding and a private bath. The best part of this rental is the fabulous and comfortable porch and well landscaped backyard patio. There is no parking included in this rental, however, there is a parking garage less than a block away. This unit is only available for a minimum of 30 days.

"This was our first experience with Airbnb and it was a great success. The home is very well-kept and beautifully decorated with lovely furnishings. The very best feature is the location; it is centrally located for all of the sites of Charleston that we wanted to visit. One of us had issues walking long distances, so it was great that we could take a break and walk back to the home easily and quickly. I was pleasantly surprised that parking was not an issue; there are two parking decks in very close proximity to the home. "This is a wonderful place. We spent lots of slow down time on the back porch enjoying the lovely back garden. We were impressed with the service. We discovered that the coffee maker didn't work and the management was at our front door in about 15 minutes with a new one. We were in the heart of the downtown area and right down the street from two wonderful restaurants. The place had very nice furnishings and a top notch kitchen with lots of dishes and terrific cookware. We felt very pampered in such a great setting. The parking was challenging in that we needed to use a parking garage just down the block but it turned out not to be an issue as we walked most places or caught the free trolley. "Perfect location and accommodations for 4, easy to accommodate 6 as well, using the comfy sofa bed! Two full bathrooms and washer/dryer make it a great home away from home. Kitchen was very generously furnished so we cooked a couple of meals and all breakfast with ease. But of course we sampled the grocery/deli just down the block for scrumptious crepes. And the back sitting porch, in April, quickly became a favorite cocktail spot. Neighborhood was safe, easy to navigate and close to busing if you so desire.
